Due to the special function of the spring plate, the resonance phenomenon between the prime mover and the working machine is largely avoided, and the service life is much longer than that of the coupling with non-metallic elastic elements; The tooth surface touched by the reed is arc-shaped, and the size of the touch surface changes with the size of the transmitted torque. Therefore, it can accept large load variation. After measuring its short-term overload, it can be 2~3 times of the additional torque. The transmission efficiency reaches 99.5%, and the operation is reliable; In addition, the serpentine spring coupling has simple structure, convenient assembly and disassembly, and allows large installation errors. It is suitable for impact coal crushers, stone crushers, crank reciprocating motion, mines, heavy machinery, reducers, etc.
