(1) For the alignment of the clearance and angular deviation between the two disc couplings, the clearance between the two disc couplings shall be measured every 90 ° during installation, and the difference between the large value and the small value shall not exceed 0.38mm.

(2) Radial deviation alignment. Place a ruler on the two lobe coupling, measure every 90 °, and check with a feeler gauge. The radial deviation shall not exceed 0.38mm.

2、 Select appropriate grease:

The temperature of oil injection point is ≥ 150 ℃, which can resist centrifugal force, has good separation stability, no impurities, and does not corrode carbon steel and nitrile rubber.

3、 Fill sufficient grease:

Sufficient lubricating grease is important for the work of the coupling, and it is recommended to check it once a year. Fill the grease with a grease dryer until excessive grease overflows from the hole.
