Scope of use:

1. It is applicable to the medium and high-power transmission shafting connecting two coaxial lines. It has certain performance of compensating the relative offset of two shafts, reducing vibration and buffering. The working temperature is - 30 ℃~+150 ℃, and the nominal torque transmitted is 45~800000N. m.

2. Serpentine spring is mainly used in stone crusher, crank reciprocating motion, reducer, metallurgy, mining, hoisting machinery, etc.

3. Shaft transmission of other machinery and equipment can be used wherever there is a motor connected to the operator, the motor is connected to the gearbox or the shaft is connected to the shaft.

JSB serpentine spring coupling is mainly composed of two half couplings, two half housings, two sealing rings and serpentine spring. It transmits torque by inserting the serpentine spring into the slots of the two half couplings. The coupling inserts the serpentine spring into the slots of the two half couplings to complete the link between the automatic shaft and the driven shaft. During operation, the driven end is driven by the axial force of the automatic end tooth facing the snake spring to transmit torque, which largely avoids resonance. The elastic variable generated by the spring when transmitting torque enables the mechanical system to achieve better vibration reduction effect, with an average vibration reduction rate of more than 36%.
